Great Place to workout. The gym is well equipped, the machines are well maintained. The trainers give you your space if you want to want to be incharge of your workout regime. Unlike other premium gyms, they do not constantly push you for personal training if you are not ready for it. The treadmills are well placed near the windows, I could use them for longer period with giving into the temptation of using my phone. Ample free parking is a plus. Overall a positive experience.

I’ve had an excellent experience training with Rocky at Pro Ultimate Gyms, Sector 8. He is one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable trainers I’ve come across. Balram pays close attention to form, tailors workouts to individual goals, and keeps every session both challenging and enjoyable.

Pro ultimate gym is the best gym in tricity. Very advanced equipments , hygiene also the staff are to good & friendly. Trainers are very knowledgeable they truly help u to achieve ur fitness goal.. From my opinion ( Rocky Sir ) is the best. I recommend all gym lovers specially gym equipments lover must try workout here..

"No BS, Just a Solid Gym" Honestly, this gym is great. It's got everything you need – good machines, enough free weights, and space to actually move around without bumping into people. The equipment's clean and well-kept, which is rare these days. Trainers here actually know what they're doing - they'll push you, but they're not annoying or fake-friendly like in some other places. The crowd is mixed - regular people who actually work out instead of just taking mirror selfies. The vibe is chill but motivating. Music's usually good, locker rooms are clean, and there's always someone wiping down equipment. Prices are fair for what you get. If you're serious about working out and don't want any drama or fake hype - this is your spot. Simple, solid, and worth it.

The gym is clean, and the front staff and trainers are generally good. However, trainers can be quite pushy about personal training packages, so if you’re a beginner, be prepared for that. Recently, they’ve offered a lot of cheap memberships, which has made the place overcrowded. The Yoga instructor is excellent — truly dedicated and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the dance class scene is full of politics, and one particular lady who frequently features on their Instagram seems to have made herself the "boss" of the group. Overall, ladies should be aware and ready to navigate some internal politics if they genuinely want to focus on their fitness goals.
