I joined Sampoorna yoga 5 months back and I am very happy with Arvind Sir . He is very calm and composed in his teaching styles and is always explaining the benefits of the asans which is very motivating. I can see a lot of change in myself, my flexibility has increased and I can do so many asans which I was not able to do it before. I would love to continue with Sampoorna Yoga.

I did my 300 h yoga teacher training and absolutely love it! The teachers are fantastic and the school very close to the beach. Accommodation is simple but comfortable, food great and staff is fantastic.

It’s been a great learning experience and I would highly recommend your Yoga classes to anyone who is interested in pursuing this path.I found the yoga asan, breath exercises and meditation classes very helpful and a good way to start the day.
