The yoga class is excellent ! The instructor Arun sir deserves a special mention who is very well- educated and highly knowledgeable, not just in yoga but also in creating personalised nutrients rich diet charts based on our individual body issues. It's been only a month since I joined, and I can already see changes in my body postures, flexibility ,and much calmer mind. Another huge plus is that they have their own millets store - making healthy choices more accessible.The classes always starts sharp on time,and the discipline, atmosphere, and professionalism are truly commendable. Overall , a wonderful experience - highly recommend !
