Must visit place for a variety of Yoga Programs. Many are for free and the seven day Shambavi Mahamudra Kriya has a reasonable fee. After learning the yoga programs one can come for daily practices (sadhana), do volunteering, participate in Sathsang or events or celebrations any number of times.
