Patanjali Dhyana Yoga Sikshana Nilayam

Last 7 years I am attending YOGA classes in Patanjali Dhyana Yoga Sikshana Nilayam Nellore by Guru Vasudeva Rao. Both online and offline classes are taking by YOGA sir. If we attend Vasu sir YOGA classes continuously SIX months, you can see wonders in your life(ACTIVE NESS,GOOD HEALTH,INNER PEACE ,CALMNESS,GOOD SLEEP and so on). I am always admiring of sir indepth knowledge on YOGA and inner body science. If we show little interest in yoga he will teach and guide us like anything.he encourages my 9 years old son to learn different yoga asanas. I am greatful to have such a greatest YOGA master in my life. Thanking you sir for valuable guidence since last 7 years.

If you are looking for traditional yoga, this is the place for you.Vasudeva Rao Sir teaches traditional yoga with extensively explanation of each yoga asanas. If you are looking to do yoga poses for specific ailment of the body, he will go in depth to teach you that too. Vasu Sir has immense knowledge .He knows pros and cons of each asana. Everyday he has new Asana/pranayam to tell. Difficult asanas also he is able to make us do with simple trick he explains it scientifically also . Great patience, individual care, calm and composed personality. The best part is he is able to handle anyone of any age be it 60 or 18 with great respect and dedication. After attending his classes I improved both spiritually and physically .It shows his zeal and enthusiasm and choice for this profession.After attending his class I personally feel rejuvenated physically and mentally. I am so glad I found this hidden gem. It's worth checking out this place once to figure out yourself. I promise it is well worth it!!!
