First of all it was really nice to start a day with yoga .it improve my strength and my body become more flexible.by doing yoga I feel relaxed and energetic throughout the day.it also help me to loose weight and calm myself.and I'm blessed to have Krupa di as yoga instructor who always explain evey pose and Asana in detail.thank you
I join just only from 4 days but I feel I get inner piece, and flexibility started in my body and I feel emotionally slowly slowly coming calm, and stable. Krupa given a very nicely explain adana step by stem very peacefully and understand our problems. I m getting positive vibes from Krupa. I going to join her more time .thank you Krupa.
