Sarika Yoga

It was a great experience with Sarika Ma'am! I took yoga classes for almost 1 year with her. She has a vast yogic knowledge. Her method of teaching is so nice which helped me to improve my physical strength, flexibility and also it helped me to relieve my stress. Thank you ma'am for your constant guide and support.

Happy to share my review and experience here. When I completed my first trimester I joined in Nidhi Ayurved clinic for Prenatal Yoga class. Joined under Mrs.Sarika ji . She taught me so well and took care of me, it was a wonderful yoga sessions and enjoyed a lot, always felt positive. Yoga helped me in many ways, my BP was under control through out the pregnancy, able to manage weight , was active too... Thank you so much Sarika ji and Dr.Jadhav ji for supporting me and encouraged me to do yoga .

Superb experience, sarika maam is so easy and flexible, her way of teaching is very simple, her technic makes asanas so easy and simple.
