I have been attending Online yoga class for the past 3 months and I am pleased with the quality of online session provided. Shivam mam possess excellent knowledge and maintains a calm, friendly, patient and discipline teaching style. I would highly recommend this yoga classes for anyone wanted to start the yoga journey.
