Teacher oubha is really very very nice and good at her teaching. Love her technique of teaching yoga in fun and calm manner. Highly recommend her for anyone who wants to start yoga journey.

The hour I spent doing yoga with blessing yoga by Oubah was the best hour of my week. I got everything I needed, a little bit of work-out to break some sweat, strong stretch in muscles and deep relaxation at the end. It truly is is both body and mind yoga, Oubah Maam projects really good energy, so if you’ve been having a rough day, this class will set you back on the right path. I would definitely recommend it!
