After a lot of search only suitable workout place in meerut I could find was this one. The level of comfort and at the same time the way we r being pushed to build up our strength is remarkable. Trainer have deeper knowledge relating all the workouts and pays attention to everyone, as everyone's body is different and need different types of exercises and care. Highly recommended

The best thing about the place is variety of workouts offered. Everyday is a new day with unique workout sessions taken by well experienced trainers. This is what makes this place unique and interesting compared to going to a gym which tends to get monotonous. Classes including zumba, circuit training, power yoga, strength workout, aerobics to name a few. Great concept! BEST PLACE IN MEERUT for FITNESS!!!

In group classes, insist on Personal Training, much more interested in chitchat rather than focus on workout. In one hour class she only give 30 to 35 min.

Excellent service!!! ,will prefer every women to must try once... I was suffering from high cholesterol but since I have started following instructions of Rashmi mam, there is a huge change in my lifestyle and my cholesterol is also in undercontrol with the help of customised diet plan and proper workout under her guidance.

Useless place. She fools customer by taking three months fees in advance . No attention on workouts rather more focused on personal chats.
