The trainer Anandhu ji is so good , friendly and talented, skillful in reshaping his clients into what they want to be. I can already feel the changes in me. Sorts life fitness centre located near kottapadi football stadium, Malappuram . I’ve been a member for a few months now, and it’s been a fantastic experience! The facility is always clean, spacious, and equipped with top-notch machines for all types of workouts. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping members reach their fitness goals. The personal trainers here are incredible—motivating and attentive, with customized plans that actually work. I’ve seen such an improvement in my strength and energy levels since joining. I Highly recommend to anyone looking to elevate their fitness journey.

Sports Life Fitness Centre, under the Sports Council of Kerala, offers one of the most affordable gym memberships around. Despite the budget-friendly fees, the gym is air-conditioned and equipped with quality machines to suit various workout needs. The space can feel a bit cramped during busy hours, though there are vacant halls on other floors that hint at possible expansion. Parking for four-wheelers can also be tricky. However, these small issues are easily overlooked given the price. A special mention goes to the trainer, Anandu, who is extremely friendly and helpful, making the gym experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this fitness centre delivers excellent value for money!

The facility is owned by the Government of Kerala and the rates are much lesser when compared to a gym with similar facility. The equipment are new and advanced.
