This is a great gym in Madgao. I found this place a year ago and I have been training under Sayed, the owner and chief trainer at the gym. He is a very knowledgable guy and trains me in the right manner. Even the equipment is pretty decent

I've been working out here for a couple of years now and I can attest to the gym's quality and atmosphere. Practically has all of the equipment necessary for an all rounded periodization, the equipment works well, there's enough space even around crowded hours and the AC is always functional.

Tahira Ma’am is a result oriented, extremely dedicated, and very strict trainer. She made it possible for me to achieve goals beyond my imagination! The gym facilities are decent, gym is maintained and people are accommodating. I am grateful to have found my gym group. Shahid Sir is very helpful.
