Excellent place to learn Yoga.I am learning Yoga here for past 1 month and feel a great improvement in my lifestyle & health.Yoga mam is very nice person .. she not only teaches physical Yoga but also provides great Insights and advice on Food & Diet. As per her advice, I went for natural food as per her instruction and lost 2 kg in a week in a natural way. I feel my stress levels reduced in the last 1 months.i strongly recommend this place for kids, adults and senior citizens.
