I have been attending the class for the past 1 month. It was a great experience that I started my yoga journey with shanthi yoga centre. With this short period of time i can feel a lot of changes both physically and mentally. Now iam feeling very lite and free. I can sleep properly and also wake up early morning is the biggest achievement for me in this hectic life. We are guided to do all the yoga asanas with out stressing our body under certified yoga trainers. In the beginning some air blocks inside my body with the breathing exercises now I am completely free from such difficulties.
