It has been more than a year since I joined yogshala. In past one year I felt remarkable improvement in my stamina, strength and flexibility. Sessions are designed in well structured and interesting manner.

Back with my favourite Yoga teacher . One of the best in the industry . I have tried many yoga teachers since I left Kota but no one is even close to what Rakesh Sir is . Best part is his warm up exercises , you feel now the body is ready to take on the world . I am glad I am back to the Best Yogguru. Thankyou Rakesh Sir for always guiding me . So this time when I started my journey with Rakesh Sir , I had tailbone issue and a knee issue which started after my delivery but cut to just 9 days of yoga with him and none of it exists anymore . I once again feel that I have made the right choice to re-start my fitness routine . Thanks a zillion times Sir .

Environment is very good. Guruji's nature also familiar and all types of yogas available at Raksham Yogshala institute. Guruji attend every student for good health. Space of Yogshala is sufficient for yoga with many people at a time. Many activities also available at this center for good health and mental health for all age people.
