TST Studio Premium (The Next Level Training)

I’ve been training at this gym for the past 2 months, and I’m really grateful to have Sanju da as my trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and attentive to individual needs. He explains each exercise clearly, focuses a lot on correct form, and always motivates me to push my limits safely.

One of the best fitness training studio in South Kolkata ( Behala Region ) for wellness and to get fit. Under guidance of Mr.Sanjib Das and his team , people are getting in shape and progressively reaching towards a heathy lifestyle.

TST is an amazing fitness studio. Sanjib sir is the head coach here and his training methods are unique and unlike traditional methods. It focuses mainly on compound movements and crossfit training. I have been training here for quite sometime now and will continue doing so! Highly recommended to take training under Sanjib sir. You will definitely make gains!

I am glad and overwhelmed to be a part of this amazing gym and to be trained by the amazing and hard working trainer. Being a player and having an injury I know what and how it feels to get back on feet again but with this particular gym and with my trainer I can say I have come across my fear of injury. Another positive thing about the gym is the people around here with so much positive energy creates a different type of environment. I can proudly say I am part of the best gym ever.

Been working out for Last few months at TST Studio Premium , and i consider it the best decision ever. For me , the heart of any Gym is its trainer and tbh i did enroll in multiple gyms earlier , even paid for full year of memberships , but quit after going for few days. But in TST its different , Sanju is the heart n soul of the Gym and he is such a person who knows my body and physical condition better than me and designs the workouts accordingly.And i'v really seen progress in just a few months Im Really Lucky to have found TST Studio Premium and Sanju as my trainer. If you are really serious about your health and wanna pursue Fitness , there can be no other gym better than TST . Thank You Sanju for working so hard for our fitness .
