She is an amazing teacher , while doing yoga it is not at all monotonous with her. She also does chanting which is very effective for regular mental peace.

Doing yoga, I feel relaxed and ready to conquer the things that I need to complete for the day including the tasks that need to be done.It helps me get rid of the negative thoughts and focus on the positive ones.
