SSY - Siddh Samadhi Yoga Ashram/ Anand Ashram

Awesome experience. The first few days dragged on. Things changed once we were initiated into meditation. The last 2-1/2 days changed me completely and also my batch mates . The pranayama and meditation helps in the long run. The teachers are good. One gets a typical village atmosphere there with log fires, plenty of trees and monkeys as well. Only the arrangements for sleeping can be better and the theory sessions shorter. I would recommend this ashram as a must go place to anybody who reads this piece. It does bring about a positive change

Place is fantastic, and people are awsome they win hearts by behavious and having tresures to imprpve life. Ground to earth approach.Love all of them.
