Hari Om Thank you Pritesh Sir, for giving me an opportunity to jot down a few lines about about Yoga ‍♀️ and my experiences in yoga ‍♀️. It's been a wonderful journey, being a part of Yoga was like a blessings in disguise for me. I happen to join to heal my illness as I was going through a lots of Physical Challenges in my life. I personally found very beneficial as it has helped me to heal from within. As I have learned and gain through my personal experiences, I can only say about myself.. So, Yoga ‍♀️ is for everyone and when ever a point comes in your life, and your inner voice starts to speak about it, then do join with open mind and Trust and Faith. Thank you. Aviragh Yoga Institute. For giving me this small space to express my experiences and journey with you all. May, you all sigh ahead.

I have recently completed the PGDYT Course from this Institute, and I am glad that I found such a platform to learn Yoga ‍♀️ . I understood the real meaning of Yog here. We have been taught Yog Darshan, Anatomy and Physiology , Mental health, meditation, pranayam, teaching methodology, Asanas, Mudras, Bandhas, kriyas and life teachings too. All the teachers are awesome. They have knowledge about their subjects and helps with the even the smallest doubt. Their patience shows the best side effect of Yog. During this course, I have felt changes in myself, not only physically, but mentally and spiritually too. Thank you Aviragh Yoga Institute for giving this beautiful experience .

I namely Triyogi Nath Dubey, Ex Indian Navy, has completed my Diploma in Yoga Therapist (DYT) course from Aviragh .During my course I have very good experience in this institute. All teachers and staff are very cooperative and well behaved. They taught us on Anatomy and Physiology, Asana, Pranayama, Bandh, Meditation, Mudra, Yoga Philosophy and Teaching Methodology. In one word I only tell that Aviragh Yoga Institute prepares students in spiritual, physical as well as mental in this universe. I am grateful to Aviragh Yoga Institute who prepares to face a better prospects in life.

Nidhi ..i just gave my exams of PGDYT course from this Institute..I must say everyone should go and join this Aviragh yoga institute...every teacher has own their knowledge and we can see impact of yoga our teacher ' personal and professional life...the way of teaching is excellent they give answer yr queries with patience..so u r searching any course in yoga ...so I must say pls join this institute u can achieve and get yr all answers...
