I was part of one day session. I had joined on google meet. Happy now here.... Is the mool mantra to stay in present. We often cling to our past or worry about future. The meditation process detailed by respected Maity ji is beneficial if one adheres to his instructions. Looking forward for more interactions

Dr Tapas Maiti is highly experienced, professional, knowledgeable, caring, supportive, kind and patient and incorporates both the physical and spiritual teachings of yoga to offer a holistic experience. Each session here has elements of asanas, breathing, chanting,meditation, dharma and informal chat where all your questions are answered . His motto "Happy Now Here" works wonders. I came back from this holistic nest with my mind, body and soul beautifully enhanced.

He is very humble, caring and disciplined person. He has deep understanding of psychology and spirituality. He has pulled so many from the darkness of severe depression to light of satisfaction and achievement through his holistic practices. I am grateful for his guidance and blessing.
