She is great I really enjoyed Yoga sessions... She communicates so well and makes you very comfortable and an active part of it. She creates a lesson that is unique to you. She’s knowledgeable about the different yoga styles .If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she’s great to start with in a private sessions and group sessions. She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice... Dont hesitate to join a class100% recommendable yoga instructor

Highly recommended. I feel so blessed to have found Harini as a private instructor. Being new to yoga, she taught me step by step and at my own pace. She increased the difficulty levels to match my abilities. I was able to increase my flexibility and have a better mood as a result of each session. Her private sessions were fun and challenging. Harini yoga classes are a blend of mindful breathing sessions with extensive knowledge of yoga poses that is centered to my requirements. I have started with general personal yoga before pregnancy now taking prenatal yoga since the end of my first trimester . She modified poses by my third trimester . She always adjusts the time zone change across the country that matches my needs. No doubt I would refer her to any one looking for healthy life style.
