I did not realize I needed Yoga until I started to fill in for my husband who couldn't continue the session due to the nature of his injury. I am so glad I did! After a couple of weeks, I could feel the difference in my energy level and general stamina. So, I decided to continue. Though I was not targeting weight loss, I did achieve that too. I definitely recommend it especially for ladies since they tend to ignore their health and wellbeing.

My instructor Dr. Veena help me out during my initial days when i was reluctant to do yoga . She helped me with the poses , she encouraged me, helped me in learning and channalising my energy. Now i can do all the poses of yoga,picking yoga is one of my best choices i feel energetic entire day compared to what i felt 4 months back. Now my mind is calm and composed, i am free from anger, frustration and other negative emotions . I recommend Veena's yoga Kendra if you want to add yoga to your life.

I am from London and visited Veena's yoga studio in Jodhpur. It is very clean and well equipped. She has ropes for Iyengar yoga practice too. Veena is a very knowledgeable person. I highly recommend this studio.
