I have been practicing yoga with Jyoti ma'am for a very long time. Yoga has helped with my immunity, strength, all my allergy problems are gone. I would suggest it to anyone who wants to make their life better and healthier.

Main kaafi time se aa rahi hoon is yoga class mein, lagbhag 27–28 saal ho gaye honge. Pehle pairon mein thoda dard rehta tha, khas kar ghutno mein, aur pet bhi theek nahi rhta tha. Lekin ab lagta hai kaafi farak pada hai. Class ka mahaul bhi shaant hota hai, aur Jyoti sabko samajh ke chalti hain. Jab jaise body ka haal ho, waise hi karvati hain, zabardasti kuch nahi. Ab toh aadat si ho gayi hai, subah ka time wahi hota hai. Na zyada tension hoti hai body mein, na thakan. Aur mann bhi halka lagta hai jab class attend karti hoon. Aise logon ke liye best hai jinko age ke saath thodi health ki dikkat hone lagi ho.
