Nishita Thamman (Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher)

I had a wonderful experience learning classical yoga from Nishita akka. Her guidance helped me improve not only my postures but also my overall awareness during practice. I’m truly grateful for her dedication and highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn yoga in its purest form.

I learnt Angamardana a hatha yoga kriya from Nishitha Akka. She was very calm and composed. She was patient with the questions i had. If you are trying to look for someone for yoga training in your area. Just go for her. She is a very good teacher more then that a good person

She is a excellent trainer of classical Hatha yoga..whatever she teach she puts her hole afford ...Thanku Nishita for your support and help...I can't able to sit on the floor because of sever sciatica pain. She made me mentally prepared and now I can sit comfortably on the floor and hope very soon I can able to do complete shamabavi meditation on the mat

And I'm practicing it from last six months and it has changed my life. She is so polite and helpful, after visiting her I felt that she is my friend.
