Very nice poonam yoga centre for weight lose without diet.yoga with arobic and dance also. Very interesting yoga class and Meditation. Yoga good for health.thnku so much poonam mam for their hard work. i reduce my weight and inches without diet. And my health is also good. Very nice nature poonam mam.
