I’ve had an amazing experience at this gym, thanks to Shubhanshu — the owner and my personal trainer. When I joined, my HBA1c was a concerning 8.5. With his expert training and a personalized diet plan, I’ve been able to bring it down to ~6 and get in much better shape. Shubhanshu is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, humble and truly committed to your progress. He takes a holistic approach to fitness and genuinely cares about your health. The gym has a positive, motivating environment, and I’m grateful to have such a dedicated trainer guiding me.
