Yoga Amrutam

Dipti and Neelam ma'am are my favourite yoga teachers! I love taking their classes because they are challenging but relaxing at the same time. It’s a fantastic way to get a good workout. I love their space too: it's a calm and quiet place to unwind and relax. Also, their virtual classes are just as good as their in-person classes. Definitely recommend reaching out and setting up a virtual class with them.

I had a great experience joining Yoga Amrutam. I got to learn a lot of yoga asanas. Ma’am guided us through a variety of asanas using different types of equipment and ensured the sessions never felt monotonous. If you’re residing in or around Vasant Vihar and are looking to join a yoga class, I would definitely recommend considering this one.

The ambience, the combination of asanas and the individual attention by Deepti Mam is a great fusion of everything you need to achieve a healthy body and peaceful mind. Yoga was not in my list for self care but the experience at Yoga Amrutam is just awesome. Giving 5 stars basis my 5 month's satisfied experience. Thank you Deepti Mam

So there are no demo classes available even for a single day here. This shouldn’t be the case. You are asked to pay first and then join the class which is such a poor customer experience. As a yoga class, at least let someone experience if the class even suits them or not.

ReviewsI am doing yoga since 10 years, and the technique of teaching yoga by Dipti Mam is too good. She is very polite, sincere and humble. She has great knowledge on Yoga. If we have pain anywhere in the body, she immediately shows us the exercise to relax that pain and it is really very effective. Thank you very much Mam.

I have completed my 1 month with Yoga Amrutam. Daily it's a different yoga experience & would love to come daily to heal body & spirit.

I recently started coming to YogaAmrutam for daily yoga practice. It’s been a great experience till now. Deepti mam is a wonderful yoga teacher. Her love for yoga and her dedication for her students are outstanding. The yoga hall is also clean and well maintained with a pleasant ambience. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone interested in learning yoga and bringing a positive change in their life.
