AROGYA YOGA CLASSES

It's a very great journey here. When I join the class I thought that my life is changed because each and every body pain and weakness have gone. The main thing is that I got the relief of shoulder pains and neck pain. Here we learn not only yoga we also learn zumba and many other exercises like stick exercises. I thankfully thank mam and arogya yoga classes. It's my great honour to be in this class.

The yoga class is very nice and I am having a great time and good experience. I had leg pain and heel pain and vericose veins ,but due to Aarogya yoga I got healed very fastly and now I am feeling very better. Thanks to Aarogya yoga for looking after me in such a good way.
