NKY Yoga Classes @My Home Tridasa

I had started the NKY yoga class few months ago and I noticed so many changes in my body. I had so many issues in my body like frozen soldiers & some lower hips pain but after joined NKY yoga class I felt good & my strength is also improved because her teaching skills very amazing and helpful.She focused on each & every part of body with meditation & pranayama.Thanks NKY Yoga class.

I am really enjoying the NKY yoga class in tridasa and how she train us with breathing techniques. Personally she will monitor us and will suggest for the better. I noticed change in myself physically and mentally after attending the classes. She will create a calm and stress free environment daily and she is very kind to the people.She can understand our concerns and can teach us according to our body condition. Excellent and dedicated yoga teacher. She makes sure that every person attending the class is doing perfectly, it gives the feeling of a personal class. Plans the class very well. And makes sure that entire class is focused on breathing as well. She covers multiple things in her sessions.
