Great place to learn yoga and meditation... I was here for my mother.... Doctor advised her to do regular exercise.... She is 62, at that age starting exercise is quite difficult.... But our Yoga Sir makes it possible.... He always encourage us... He has deep knowledge and experience in yoga...He makes yoga accessible and acceptable to everyone irrespective of age...We enjoy our yoga classes, learn new types of yoga, feel very relaxed and flexible.. If you want to improve your health this is the highly recommended place...

One of the Best gym in Howrah. This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly trainers and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. Now let me tell you about my Trainer Mr. Biswa is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. In addition to fitness he also knows and share nutrition diet plan for having good health.

Great setup coupled with trained and helpful trainers make this gym stand out of the croud in the whole of Shibpur locality.. Truly a multigym experience. Keep it up guys.

It's named the best gym in all of Howrah for a reason. Totally justified, in every aspect. Excellent variety of training, quite nicely equipped, amazingly well-designed, skilled and qualified trainers, airy and spacious, including steam-bath facilities as well! I have been a member since the past year and overall, it's been an absolutely win experience to improve my health, keep a healthy metabolism and maintain a good physique:)

It's already been 3 years since I have been hitting this gym. In this gym there are very good trainers. My trainer:- Shubhra Laha Sir. He is genuinely professional, from my experience, even very friendly. There are as many ways to exercise as there are individuals. In conclusion, it has been a good experience. Love this gym. Very reasonably priced, beautiful ambiance. The top 1 of the most modern gyms in town.

It's been 1 year I am doing my workout in this Gym. Trainers are really helpful. My trainer subhra laha really pushed me and help me in my journey.
