ANUYOGA

Joining Anuyoga in the second half of 2025 has been one of the best decisions ever this year. Note that I was already learning yoga online. But Anuyoga is another level yoga experience. The ambience, the trainers, the vibe everything exuberates a positive aura. It is the kind of place where you go with a heavy heart and return with gratitude. The best in town I must say. I am game with everything they've been practicing us. Thank you Anuyoga. Learning with you has indeed been life changing.

Anuyoga is one of the best yoga institute i hv found so far.I along with my two kids aged 6yrs and 12 yrs have joined this centre five months back and the results are extremely visible . I had knee pain issues while moving upstairs and now it has been recovering and I can freely climb up stairs.Also both my kids have been really enjoying the sessions which are always fun filled and inspiring . The instructors are very cordial ,friendly and motivating . Nice and very good place for those searching for physical well being with mental health.

I have been attending this yoga centre for a while, and the experience have been wonderful .The instructors are amazing, supportive and always correct our posture gently . The studio is clean, peaceful and well maintained . I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to start or continue their yoga journey . Ma'am and trainers are very friendly. I’ve been training at Anuyoga for the past month and it’s been a wonderful experience. Anu Mam and Bornali mam are very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The classes are well-planned with a good mix of yoga postures, breathing and relaxation. Even in a short time I can already feel positive changes in my flexibility, energy and focus. The entire atmosphere is calm and supportive, and the facilities are very well maintained and well equipped which makes it easy to stay motivated. Highly recommend Anuyoga for anyone looking to start or improve their yoga journey!

ANU YOGA is a modern yoga studio with different types of massage facilities located at the heart of Sixmile, Guwahati. The studio is very clean and well-decorated. The teacher, Anuradha Mahanta, is very professional, calm, cheery, and a lovely human being. She is very observant and constantly checks your yoga positioning. Her directions are very clear and precise. She lets you know how far to go in a pose if you have injuries/weaknesses, which is really helpful. Her classes are for all levels, and although you've worked hard, you'll somehow come out relaxed. She also pays individual attention to everyone. I like the fact that she came over when I wasn't doing things right, and you don't always get that extra from all the yoga teachers. So, highly recommended. Pranab Saikia Mangaldoi
