I’ve had an amazing experience at 7 Ocean Gym! The equipments are well maintained and my trainer Mr. Amrender singh is very knowledgeable and encouraging. He focus on correct form, plans workouts according to my goals, and makes every session productive and motivating by always pushing me to do better without being harsh. The atmosphere keeps you motivated every day. Staff members are always smiling and greeting everyone — such a friendly and positive people. Makes the atmosphere so much better. Worth recommending!!

Training with Amrinder has been a great experience. He never rushes into heavy workouts and always makes sure posture, warm-up, and stretching are done correctly. His motivation style is very balanced—he pushes you, but always according to your capacity and personal goals. You feel challenged, supported, and confident at the same time. Truly an amazing trainer.

Very nice gym with world class machinery and very good ambience. Trainers are also qualified and knowledgeable. I got my training from Fitness Trainer Amarendra and he is really knowledgeable and trained fitness trainer in his field, he understood the requirement and understood that everyone has different body and different pressure handling, different needs for training. A must recommend for anyone looking for fitness trainer and a gym that's so world class

Was very luck to have found this place! The gym is superb and equipped with everything a modern gym needs but that's not the best part. The best is they maintain a very good environment for you to workout with plenty of staff and assistance always available. I opted for a personal trainer and Manish Chaudhary who trains me is excellent. He not only is very technical but also a very good motivator. All in all this is a great gym to be using.

It’s been a few days since we joined this amazing gym which not only has world class equipments, facilities but also good vibes and staff; especially our personal trainer Amarendra Singh. He takes a lot of effort and personal interest in our well being. Been a great guide in our fitness journey!

My son has been going to 7 Ocean-The Fitness Club for the past 2 years and it’s only on his recommendation that I joined too. This fitness club has the best equipment very appropriately placed in sections that allows good movement. But I feel the best part about this gym is their upkeep of machines and the trainers. Amit, my trainer is not only thorough with what he does but has immense patience and an ability to recognise the potential in people he works with.
