The Rishi yoga

I have been learning yoga from Pankaj Yogi ji since 1 year. My weight has also reduced and I remain very active. The pain in my knees has also reduced. They provide very good yoga. No amount of praise can be given to them.

I am taking regular yoga class from Pankaj Sir. He is a great yoga teacher. I found lot of improvement in my health and fitness within 2 months only. Thank you Pankaj sir for your great effort. All the best to you.
