I am loving the group workout formats. Everytime there is something new which makes excercise interesting and fun to do. Both trainer are nice and very friendly. They don't just focus on strength but also on mobility, fitness, agility and many more aspects. Very good environment for someone to start their fitness journey.

I’ve been going to Nirvana fitness studio from almost a year now and honestly, I love it. The workouts are never boring — the trainers are always switch things up and make it fun, so you actually look forward to going. It’s not just about intense training, they make it enjoyable while still pushing you. I’ve noticed a big difference in myself — not just weight loss but inch loss too. Clothes are fitting better, and I feel so much more active and confident. Vaishali Mam and Bharat sir are always very supportive, knowledgeable and really know how to keep you motivated without making it feel like a chore. Thanks.

Good day to Dr. Vaishali and her companion, I joined them on 1st September 2025 for physiotherapy due to neck and back pain. Within a few classes, I was pleasantly surprised to feel more flexible and better in my daily activities. Their sessions begin with warm-ups, body flexibility exercises, and then focused physiotherapy. I am grateful for their personal attention and dedication, and I wish them continued success in helping more people overcome their health challenges.
