This is a fantastic gym.Our gym trainer Mr.Ruby is very friendly .I really like how they give me tips nd tricks to get the most out of every workout. I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape.

Mr. Ruby was an amazing instructor that helped us learn a wonderful couple dance within about 6 hours. He was patient, understanding and incredibly professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Ruby to anyone looking to learn to dance or lose weight in his gym.

Ruby is always very encouraging and has vast knowledge of his profession. He is most experienced and committed trainer around. I really enjoyed the variety & challenges he put into the sessions &then took on a personal one -on - one session as well. I am happy and more confident with myself
