One of the biggest advantages is the flexibility she offers. There are multiple sessions to choose from daily, which allows me to fit yoga into my busy tech life. This flexibility is invaluable, especially when attending at the same time every day isn't always possible. Neetu Mam is so kind & has Deep Knowledge of Breathwork, Postures, Mantras, Relaxation Techniques.The way she teaches all the Asanas & their benefits is really great She observes everyone so Carefully & Always consider health issue of each person & guides accordingly.I have seen lot of positive changes in my body..I feel more energetic & active whole day..yog Nidra & pranayam makes my body & mind so relaxed.. Wonderful experience with Fit & Shine Yoga Studio, Yoga Instructor Neetu work hard, understand the individual needs and accordingly design the fitness plan. I love the energy of the classes, my kid also attend kids yoga sessions with her and love going to the classes. Highly recommended
