Learning yoga at Himalayan yoga studio is fun. Here they teach yoga for all levels. It’s a harmonious yoga journey. I have seen difference both physically and mentally. It has benefited me in my health journey. Apart from learning yoga it’s positively filled atmosphere. Bismi Mam teaches yoga with dedication and everyday you will see different patterns training different parts of the body. We can see lot of difference when days passed by. We become more agile flexible and stronger .

Wonderful teacher ! Dedicated and encouraging instructor, different exercises every day which means with regular attendance you train every muscle in your body. Yoga with BISMI was amazing for me.. She was a great teacher , very approachable and knowledgeable. I would recommend her, especially for beginners ,who needs special attention and personal care. My experience with Himalayan yoga studio is beyond words that i can express. Yoga teacher was more than what i could have asked for. She showed me a new way to look at yoga , i came here only to strengthen my own practice but my teacher BISMI inspired me soo much , that now i want to teach others the lifestyle of yoga. BISMI’s personality shines bright and makes you feel welcomed and accepted. Her style of teaching is very informative. She has so many healing techniques . She will always go out of her way to help you in any way. I Would strongly recommend this place if anyone asks me for.
