I had a major spinal surgery last year around this time and today I did One leg wheel pose, almost exactly 1 year from operation and after 4 months of joining Om Yog shala and doing yoga for the first time. So far so good, and surely I am better than I was. Here we have a very disciplined yet a friendly environment with great learning experience.
