I am paying memeber of dynamic fitness studio , deoghar. during my workout ,the trainer asked me use the multi press machine.when I was unable to it properly ,the trainer become very angry and used abuse language towards me. This happened in front of other memeber , which caused embarrassment as people were watching and laughing . instead of calmly guiding me,the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner . A gym should be a supportive and respectful environment especially for beginners .I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improve trainer behaviour .

I recently joined this gym as a complete beginner, and so far, it's been a great experience! The staff is friendly, and really helpful—they don’t make you feel intimidated, which was my biggest fear starting out. The equipment is well-maintained, and there’s a good variety, helping me figure out what works best for me.

Best place for the workout and the environment is also very healthy and helpful… and all of this because of the best trainer and he pushes us to gain the our dream goal …..
