It's a perfect place to start your yoga and meditation journey. I have been coming here for over a year now. What I most like is that the instructors motivate you to do intermediate and advanced yoga poses without any sort of pressure to get the perfect postures. The most transformative experience of yoga I have had till now. I dont stay in the city but whenever I am in Delhi for a long stay I make it a point to attended Apurva's classes.
