Ida Yoga Wellness

Ida yoga has been a gem of a find; thanks to a dear friend. I’ve always been keen to explore the inner spiritual side of myself- and with Ida Yoga and Ruchika, I must say, the few sessions I’ve had have already had great impact! The sound healing sessions are absolutely enchanting!! And I will recommend it as an absolute must for everyone.

My very first experience of sound therapy at Ida wellness gave me a sense of calm that I had been looking for. I was at peace and extremely relaxed. Felt so good to connect with myself after long. The sound and vibration of Om is still echoing in my system. Since then I have been going back and look forward to each session for inner healing.

I had been struggling with asthma for 20 years, but thanks to Ruchika, I am finally free from it! With just four hypnotherapy sessions and one additional session where we simply spoke, she completely cured my asthma. Ruchika has a calming presence that immediately puts you at ease. Each session was a deeply relaxing experience, and I always felt safe and supported in her care. Her approach is gentle yet incredibly effective, and she truly listens, tailoring the process to meet your individual needs. I can’t thank Ruchika enough for helping me heal. I attended sound bath healing & hypno sessions at Ida Wellness. Ruchika’s authenticity & warmth made it so easy for me to connect with her, and trust her. The sessions brought calmness to me. Rucheka is a sincere, caring, present and great teacher. I highly recommend her sessions. Blending diverse yoga styles with pilates, including pranayam, philosophy, and asana tailored to each individual, her classes are always different. Arriving after travelling, Rucheka took this into account, helping us to re-balance, stretch, and re-energise. When requested, a more core-focused strengthening class was just the medicine needed. Do yourself a favour and take part in her class of you can. I'll be there whenever I'm in Delhi.

Working with Ruchika over the past few weeks has been a transformative experience. I came to her struggling with IBS, anxiety, and insomnia, and through our hypnotherapy sessions, she has helped me overcome each of these. Not only has she boosted my self-confidence, but she has also empowered me to become more independent in managing these issues whenever they arise.
