This is going to be a lengthy one coz I am writing my own experience hoping it's helpful to all. Pranic Healing is one of the best way to treat yourself better. After completing college I was suffering from depression and had the habit of self harming myself... As we grow we don't know where to vent out our feelings and emotions...
