If u want to practice kundalini yoga ( yoga for soul) & want some peace, concentration towards study &work. i highly recommend this place. It's a non- religious place. Anyone can excel & attain ur need if u practice & apply daily. There are 3 slots of classes morning ,mid-morning (only women) & evening. U can share knowledge & network with like minded people.
