I am happy to say this Isha Yoga Center is near my home in Selaiyur East Tambaram. Here Sadhguru Sannidhi reverberates with wonderful energy. There are several Yoga programs, trainings, and Linga Bhairavi pooja conducted regularly. I have learned Sambhavi Mahamuthrakriya here, this centre is well maintained and has attached toilet facility. This is an ideal place for learning various Yoga programs conducted by Isha Yoga Ashram and you have the opportunity to experience the grace of a guru.

Tambaram Isha Yoga Centre offers 7 days Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya class. This 7 days class includes simple asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation. Volunteers are always there to assist with any post-class queries. Centre also conducts Free suryasakthi classes. We can also volunteer in the center after completing the classes. Highly recommend for those interested in Yoga!
