I have been doing yoga practice with Rajesh sir for the last five months now. I have benefitted immensely from his yoga class. I feel energetic and also my immunity, flexibility and mental health have improved tremendously. Rajesh sir is very knowledgeable and thoroughly immersed in yoga. He is a very dedicated and committed teacher. I would recommend him to anyone who wishes to improve their general health, lose weight and increase flexibility.
