First of all gym are quite asthetic and big enough in size. All equipment are well managed. There are enough number of trainer to help you about any time. I hire personal trainer and he is full supportive by my daily workout to my diet. If you hire a PT then they will take it as their responsibility. In the last I would say it's best gym in biharsharif currently.

As a beginner in the gym , I was susceptible to the gym environment and the trainers . But since Day 1 , I got the best environment and also the best trainer of this field. I ll highly recommend this gym if you're considering a gym with a cordial and supporting environment. Special thanks to the person ( Golu, the trainer)who helped a lot in improving the form of performing each and every exercise.

Gym is so awesome. All equipment available and peaceful environment. good faculty with friendly trainers & so well organised and take care of sanitation. Overall so comfortable for Beginners .

I've been working out at this gym in Bihar Sharif, and I must say it stands out as the best gym in the area. The space is ample, allowing for a comfortable workout experience. The lighting is excellent, creating a motivating atmosphere. The gym is well-equipped with a variety of machines, which is perfect for my hypertrophy training. Additionally, they have a sprinting manual treadmill, a unique feature I haven't seen anywhere else in India. Recently, they've also installed a new massage chair, enhancing the overall experience. Highly recommend!
