Under the guidance of Miss Dibya, I have managed to shed the body fat, but what's important here is that I am becoming stronger day by day. I feel confident in the way I look. She is well-versed in the field, and her workout sessions are fun and informative. The diet chart and workout plans provided are legit. Overall experience at The Iron Fist Gym is great. Good ambience and polite staff.

So, after 7 months of hitting of the gym. My overall experience: Hygiene : 10/10 The equipments are maintained well and the overall surrounding is cleaned more than thrice a day which is just phenomenal. Ambience:10/10 The interiors are decorated well and the trainers are well trained and highly experienced and they constantly motivate and guide during sets "without even taking PT" which is best thing of this gym.

Everything is very perfect about this gym but i think tge bumper plates isnt enough for the deadlift .. i would request to look over this please Other wise highly recommended

A great gym with very clean and good environment. This gym's vibe just shouts come and workout with me. It's Zumba and Yoga classes are also great ..The instructors are well trained and very cooperative.They engage in different social activities and speared only good vibes I would surely suggest everyone to atleast come and try once.
