আয়ুধা তে join করে আমি আগের চেয়ে অনেক অনেক ভালো আছি। এখানে আমি overweight & pcod সমস্যা নিয়ে আসি। এখানে trainer (তনুশ্রী দি) কথা মতো নিয়মিত yoga করে এই সমস্যা থেকে অনেকটা বেরিয়ে আসতে পেরেছি, এবং তনুশ্রী দি বন্ধুসুলভ আচরনের জন্য খুব আনন্দ ও উৎসাহের সহিত নিয়মিত যোগব্যায়াম করতে পারি।

It's been a year since I joined this yoga facility. And the teacher(Tanushree) is very friendly and kind. The yoga sessions are not that intense and doesn't feel uncomfortable. She also provides diet charts. She is a very good yoga teacher and we r very thankful to her.

I've been doing Yoga for 3 months now and have reduced over 9 KG in those 3 months and not just that my mental health got so much better by practicing Yoga and meditation. And all thanks goes to our Yoga instructor Tanushree mam. Not just because of her efficiency but for her efforts which she put to teach each of us and her encouragement for leading us to get a better health. Highly recommending "Ayudha" if you're looking for a Yoga centre which will also be your comfort place.

Ayudha gives me new healthy life. I had a lot of pain but that pain has been greatly reduce d and it's also help in weight loss. Thank you Ayudha
