As an under-weight, hard gainer, I have joined this gym though this was not my first time, but before I just couldn't continue my journey and quitted in the middle, reason is very obvious, lack of motivation and tons of excuses, after joining this gym I met with Riju da (Supriyo Saha) and Amit da, the instructors, they have made customised diet chart and daily gym Routine. In just 15 days I saw some changes in my body weight, from there I have got the motivation to continue the journey, You have to be fit to lead a beautiful life you know! All equipments are in well condition and trainers specially Supratim and Amit are very helpful and amicable in nature

Almost 3years going on in this gym and I can say that like this facility which they provided to us are incredible and you will not get in any other gyms in berhampore.There is a friendly environment and kind-hearted trainers and owner.
