I’ve been practicing yoga with Ritu Yoga Academy for a while and I can definitely observe noticeable differences in my body – I gained so much flexibility and strength! It’s challenging, but through the clear instructions and consistency of the trainings I can feel great results. Also Mam is very sweet and brings a very positive energy to the class. She is a very friendly and professional yoga teacher, She is absolutely fantastic. Her class is fun and at the same time she really pushes you, She is also very attentive and will adapt her exercises depending on your level and what you need.Let her know your goals, and she will carefully adjust the sequence and particularly help you work towards them. The studio is relaxing and quiet, with great music and scent getting me in a perfect mood for yoga. I love it! I highly recommend Ritu Yoga Academy to anyone who wants an amazing yoga experience! I just want to share my experience here i was suffering cervical n back pain After getting online class of ritu yoga academy I am feeling better . My body pain reduces..now i can do household chores easily...Thank you for providing online classes.. one can easily join accordingly their time .The way of teaching is very efficient. Such a experienced teacher can do this... thankyou so much.

Ritu ma'am's class always feels very thoughtful and I love the way that she weave yoga philosophy into each class. Hands down the best yoga teacher in the city........
